Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the transactional notification service operated under the name "RicardoPlus" (the "Service"). By subscribing, you accept these Terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service sends transactional email notifications to individual subscribers about activity on their online marketplace accounts — typically sale confirmations, payout reminders and order status changes. It is purely informational: it does not execute transactions and does not represent any marketplace.

2. Independence

RicardoPlus is operated by an independent provider and is not a representative of, nor affiliated with, any marketplace platform.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must use a valid email address that you control.
• You may only subscribe yourself — never enter another person's address.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit an email address you do not control.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service.
• Repost or forward our messages as if they originated from you on our behalf.

5. Subscription and consent

Subscription is opt-in only. You can withdraw consent at any time by:

• Using the unsubscribe link in any message,
• Replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message, or
• Writing to unsubscribe@ricardoplus.ch.

Unsubscribe requests are honoured within one business day.

6. No marketing, no resale

We never use your email for marketing campaigns and never sell, rent or sublicense your data. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

7. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to deliver notifications promptly but do not guarantee zero downtime, zero delay or perfect deliverability. We are not liable for missed marketplace deadlines that may result from delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to CHF 100. The Service is currently provided free of charge to subscribers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your subscription if you breach these Terms or if your address begins producing hard bounces, complaints or other signals that put our sending reputation at risk. We will notify you in writing where reasonably possible.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

11. Changes

Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the announcement constitutes acceptance.
